I am the owner of multiple industrial flooring companies, specializing in resinous flooring systems and polished concrete installation. For more than 18 years, the flooring industry has treated me well, and I take that responsibility seriously. My focus has always been on raising the bar—delivering predictable, high-quality results while maintaining a standard that reflects positively on our entire industry. Through strategic partnerships with six companies across the United States, I provide scalable flooring solutions for national clients. We specialize in program and specification-based work, allowing customers to execute projects in multiple locations simultaneously with consistency, reliability, and clear expectations. Creating specs and long-term program work is a true passion of mine, as I prefer working with fewer clients in a more intentional, hands-on manner to ensure exceptional outcomes. The goal is simple: have real conversations about the challenges, wins, failures, and opportunities in our industry—while sharing insights that help others grow, scale, and make better decisions. Giving back is equally important to me. I am actively involved in launching a nonprofit workforce development initiative focused on providing opportunities in the trades for individuals who need a second chance—men coming out of prison, those recovering from addiction, and veterans transitioning through rehabilitation programs. Flooring and construction changed my life, and I believe it can do the same for others when paired with structure, mentorship, and accountability. At the core, I am a builder—of companies, partnerships, people, and systems. I believe in doing things the right way, holding a high standard, and creating opportunities that last.
