Oversee and direct all phases of systems maintenance and account servicing for the entire state of Arizona, as well as portions of Las Vegas. Additionally supervise subcontract personnel for the state of Texas. Procure, monitor and control inventory levels in support of all account servicing requirements; train and develop new support personnel; coordinate customer billing and collection efforts. Administer and maintain the County’s Hirsch Velocity access control system consisting of over 750 control panels operating over 3000 doors and gates within Maricopa County buildings with a user database of over 35,000 card holders. Provide PC support, local and remote, for Hirsch Velocity workstations. Also administer and maintain 28 digital video recorders, recording over 450 cameras, IP and analog based, within County buildings. Provide support to Protective Services officers in retrieving video evidence from DVR’s for use in investigations. Perform periodic maintenance on DVR’s and Velocity client PC’s. Provide County technicians and vendor technicians with troubleshooting and programming support. Perform hardware repairs whenever possible to minimize downtime to end-users. Assist as needed with creating and programming access badges for County employees and vendors.
