Unity Aluminum was formed to lead a national transformation in the manufacture and use of efficient, eco-friendly metal alloys that are lighter and stronger than metals currently in commercial use. The Company’s first project, the construction of the Unity Aluminum rolling mill, a state-of-the-art low-emissions greenfield manufacturing facility at EastPark Industrial Center in Ashland, Kentucky, will position the Company as the low-cost provider of 330,000 annual tons of production-ready series 3000, 5000 and 6000 aluminum sheet for the automotive and beverage can industries.

As Secretary of the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development, Terry was responsible for promoting the development and overall administration of executive policies designed to support and promote economic development within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As Secretary, Terry worked extensively to coordinate business activities, resulting in a record-breaking $15.8B invested during his tenure and 32,400 new jobs through recruitment of new industry to the state and the expansion of existing Kentucky operations. Terry also reorganized the state's entrepreneurial agency launching KY Innovate and C3, a unique public private partnership to spur economic development.

OneTouchPoint is a single source, marketing execution services provider utilizing U.Connect, a proprietary marketing automation and fulfillment tool, to deliver multi-channel communication, marketing, mailing and fulfillment services. As President, he was responsible for M&A and growth initiatives where his work resulted in the creation of the largest privately held marketing services and technical printing company in the region.

Access Ventures’ investments are centered around the belief that the economy represents not just an engine for industry, but an opportunity to demonstrate the inalienable dignity of all people and a system that prioritizes people will be more inclusive and creative. From 2014-2016, Terry served as Managing Director of Access Capital, the venture capital investment firm of Access Ventures, where he was in charge of the investment strategy and operations.

FetterGroup was one of the nation’s largest providers of packaging solutions to the paint and coatings industry, providing complete packaging/labeling services, including content management applications, to the leading architectural and automotive paint companies in the U.S. and abroad. As President and Chief Executive Officer of FetterGroup he led a strategic shift and reorganization of the company resulting in innovative content creation and development of change management software platforms now in use by Fortune 500 companies. FetterGroup was acquired by Fort Dearborn in 2013.
