• Conduct due diligence to mitigate the credit risk. • Analyse and investigate the legality and compliance of each application to align with internal requirements, provide credit analysis report • Prepared credit risk report regarding Character, Capacity, Capital and Collateral, summarized common mistake hence to maintain personal data almost 0% error rate and make the decision with sound credit risk analysis and decision-making skills; • Collaborated with Valuation company such as CBRE, JLL and Colliers, extracted key information of security, identify key risk and mitigation strategy, determine the LVR and loan amount; • Conduct due diligence check for both individuals and companies, based on Australian Big Data and internal ranking system, evaluate personal and company’s financial report, tax report and balance sheet to fully understand its financial condition, diagnose existing and potential credit risk and tailor mitigation strategy
