My role at Brand New Promotions revolves around helping businesses effectively market themselves by creating and implementing impactful promotional campaigns using a wide range of materials and items. These materials and items include backdrops, tablecloths, apparel, tents, flags, and posters.

As the Regional Vice President at NeoRipples, I provide visionary leadership and oversee strategic growth initiatives. I develop and execute regional marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and client satisfaction. By analyzing industry trends, I optimize campaigns to drive revenue growth. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing solutions. Through strategic partnerships and thought leadership, I position the firm as a trusted advisor. My goal is to make a lasting impact on clients' success and contribute to the firm's growth and reputation.

Terrance Thomas has dedicated his life to transformation. He believes that we all can change for the better. He grew up in Fort Worth Texas where he was often on the streets begging for money to support his mothers drug addiction. “Excuse me sir, could you help us to get something to eat or go buy us something?” These words transformed Terrance and were also part of the hustle that allowed his mother’s expensive addiction to continue. Terrance stayed with family members and friends as he grew up. Some way or another, he would end up on the cold streets of Fort Worth with ripped shoes begging for money whenever his mother was released from prison again and again. Terrance was embarrassed and had disdain for himself. That is until his youth minister Adam introduced him to the love of Jesus Christ. Terrance learned that God uses turmoil to grow us and that God loves us regardless of what society teaches us. That is when big changes started to transpire in his life. Those changes have lead him to higher education where Terrance studied political science. Terrance then went on to build his brand and business in China for nearly a decade. He first published his book ‘We Must Fail to Succeed’ in 2011 and now his new title ‘Make Today Your Day’ is on the market internationally. Terrance is expanding business and commerce internationally and believes that all things are possible through God who gives us strength. Terrance changed his life because he has taken several leaps of faith. There were times when he did not know what the end result would be but he knew that God delivers and no matter what happened, he would find opportunities to grow and do more in life. Terrance has a down-to-earth speaking style that has made him a highly demanded speaker for churches, corporations, educational institutions, cancer agencies, and community programs.
