This was a temporary position that I held after moving to Washington from Los Angeles. 420 rewarding hours spent with a wonderful collection of people. ALLWEST is a materials and nondestructive testing company for job sites throughout the Pacific Northwest. My duties included but were not limited to: managing in-house scheduling for the technicians, composing field reports and geotechnical documents, transmitting all necessary reports/documents to a plethora of clients while working to organize and tidy their database and digital archive. Heavy use of PC based proprietary software and document creation by way of Excel.

My position at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion cuisine dealt primarily in supreme customer service, hospitality, business management and social communication. I was a proud member of this company for almost eight years and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a powerful corporate business like Blooming Brands. Aside from specializing in hand crafted cocktails and fine dining cuisine, this business promotes efficiency in operations, mastery in management software and engages one in the business of sales.

My very first position, one that I held for a little over two years, helped me to gain a vast knowledge of project management in regard to document creation. It was here that I became familiar with several computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, FedEx shipping fulfillment software, while also mastering the skill of copy making in all forms. This job also promoted a refined level of customer service with a focus on 100% satisfaction for each and every customer.

Write and edit various technical texts including configuration manuals, press release material, website content and training guides. Update and maintain the company’s online store including the composition of product descriptions, product placement, optimization and efficiency. Well versed in Shopify, Ship Station, Authorize and other proprietary website management software. Travel to off-site events/conventions to run vendor booths. Generate demand for the product through exhibiting a knowledgeable, charismatic presence at activations.
