* RESPONSIBILITIES * 1. Generate,follow up and convert leads to achieve sales targets. * 2. Conduct visits to the site including on weekends. * 3. Populate and maintain the sales transaction pipeline and reduce the time to close. * 4. Set and attend meetings with clients and follow up. * 5. Respond to all enquires in a timely and professional manner. * 6. Prepare and /or review documents such as Letters of Offer,Sales Agreements and leases. * Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders including Legal,finance and Marketing. * 7. Remains knowledgeable on real estate market trends and update the team accordingly. * 8. Develop and Maintain strong relationships with buyers and prospects. * 9. Attend all client facing events and assist the marketing team on ideas to increase sales * 10. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* my responsibilities include; * Sourcing prospective clients. * Guiding the client through the products until the execution of the sale. * Represent Cytonn in events held such as expo’s and sales activations * Carry out product demonstration to clients and brief them about the benefits, location, prices and payment methods. * Conducting site visits to show case our real estate projects to the clients. * Sharing a daily report on the achievements, products uptake, as well as any challenges encountered. * Carrying out any other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by my supervisor

Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

* Teaching geography and Christian Religious Education from Form One to Form Four * preparing the schemes of work and lesson plans for the subjects. * Preparing and facilitating Guidance and Counseling Programs * Holding private counseling sessions for students * In-charge of St. Johns Ambulance Movement: Ensuring the members have all required gears and materials all year round. * Ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the school * Administering First Aid to any sickness or injury cases in the school.
