◦ Responsible for rooms only group and congress bookings from offer to event execution and billing ◦ Handle requests via e-mail and telephone and send offers ◦ Perform regular follow ups and stay in touch with potential clients ◦ Negotiate and contract clients ensuring customer satisfaction as well as maximum revenue generation ◦ Conduct site inspections of the rooms and F&B areas ◦ Document and report using micros opera (especially reservations and sales + catering) ◦ Prepare group handover sheets to ensure a smooth execution ◦ Closely corporate with other departments especially with revenue management, sales, front office and accounting ◦ Assist the individual reservations team with incoming requests and bookings ◦ Handle complaints and restore the customer’s confidence in the company ◦ Assist the reservations and revenue management in generating reports
