I am a Communication Facilitator and I help leaders and teams to communicate with confidence, impact and maintain their authenticity. For twenty years I performed functions in Multinationals, always linked to Marketing and Communication. I held the positions of Marketing Director for Portugal and Spain, at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, for ten years. I worked with global brands such as: Centrum, ThermaCare, Imedeen; Nexium Control; Polase, among others. I was also in charge of the whole area of Communication and responsible for training in the area of Innovation, at an European level. I lived in Brazil, in the USA and worked a lot of the time, between Portugal and Spain, having made presentations in several languages and for the most diverse teams, from CEO's, Commercial Teams to Multidisciplinary Teams, both in person, and online. I saw great professionals miss opportunities for evolution, simply because they did not feel comfortable when communicating in public. I was also able to see that great communicators were able to obtain better results.
