About
To give you a bit of insight of who I am, I am an operator, healthcare advocate, social impact activist, design/videography/VR connoisseur, and a never-ending learner. The intersections between several disciplines excite me! Why? Because every day, it's like we're piecing together a puzzle, in order to better understand our world, better improve the lives of those around us, and find what passions make us alive and bring the best out of us! My latest project is working as a spatial mapping and location manipulation engineer where I program sensors and box-casting techniques in C# and Unity to sense the environment and mesh onto it to enable visually-impaired people to sense their surroundings! AR/VR Developer & Location Manipulation/Spatial Mapping/Sensors Engineer
To see the team of master students I and other undergrads are working with, here is the prototype so far: https://arvips.squarespace.com/?fbclid=IwAR2148lE9V8_kYkIoUa1dVt3yW-jPY-LE63L1EaXqTCq3t6e3kfhVLuLW7Q Working as an AR/VR Developer for Spring 2019 semester with the UC Berkeley School of Information and VR@Berkeley. Augmented Reality for Visually Impaired People (AR for VIPs) is a new project focused on rethinking the HoloLens as an assistive device, enabling blind and low vision people to hear important information about their environment, which translates the sounds into 3D meshes of their environment. Utilizes 3D meshing, box-casting techniques, and location manipulation to sonify environment in Hololens using C# and Unity. In charge of spatial mapping programming for sensors and boxcasting in C# to detect and mesh environment with wireframes.

Instructor
Pre-Health Decal (NUSCTX 198)
Berkeley
-Teaches the decal in order to expose students of the different pre-health pathways and introduce them to the different careers in each. This course is designed to help students at Cal gain a well-rounded insight into the possible pre-health professions you can pursue as an undergrad through a survey of the health professions through lecture presentations and speakers. We plan to devote certain weeks of the semester going over the application process, professional school years, and careers of each specialty to help students gain insight into each field
