Principle advisor/liaison to the Squadron Commander on all issues relating to Amn. Selected as the Air Force Advisor to the Director of Logistics, Family Morale, Welfare and Recreation. Provided leadership, guidance and supervision to 48 Airmen and 35 civilian contractors spanning 5 facilities. Managed a $1.5M equipment account, maintaining all records and scheduling inspections when needed covering 5 facilities. Manages Fitness Assessment Cell; supervises 4 civilians conducting over 3K physical assessment tests annually. Primary Squadron Exercise and evaluation member; develops scenarios, plans & evaluates execution.

Provided leadership, guidance, and supervision for over 1200 personnel annually in three separate geographic locations. Utilized budgetary guidelines to forecast and manage annual operations budget in excess of $1.0M, equipment costs of $1.5M and $2.0M in government contracts, established 99% accuracy rate. Managed human resource functions for 18 personnel including administration, records management, orientation, training, evaluations, risk management and employee relations. Developed and implemented complex training schedules, multi-media products, manpower and material requirements, support agreements, courseware and logistical support, increased efficiency by 50%. Drafted and coordinated complex Host-Tenant Support and Land Use Agreements. USAFA Liaison between United States Forest Service and Dept. of Defense (DoD).

Oversaw 17 personnel, manning 5 Missile Alert Facilities scattered over a 12,600 mile radius. Managed implementation of all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current operating instructions. Performed monthly inspections at each site to ensure all standards are met. Monitored site inventories and cash assests, guaranteed 100% accountability.
