Strategically led a team of 16 members based in Rochester, New York, Portland, Oregon, New Brunswick, Canada, Manila, Philippines, Singapore, and Japan. Reported activities directly to the Vice President of Western Hemisphere Supply Chain and indirectly to Vice President of Eastern Hemisphere Supply Chain. ✓ Seamlessly transported equipment, parts, consumables, and production materials from suppliers in the Far East, Europe, South America, and the U.S. ✓ Enabled revenue growth to over $2B by monitoring the success and progress of outbound shipments from U.S.-based distribution centers. ✓ Authored and published business continuity and resilience models for transportation operations during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Collaboratively led a team of 22 members based in Rochester, New York, Portland, Oregon, and Manila, Philippines. Effectively managed inbound transportation for shipments from Far East, Europe, South America, and domestic suppliers. Successfully coordinated the movement of 7k containers from 250+ suppliers in 180+ lanes across 50 international ports. ✓ Designed and executed strategies and initiatives that advanced the business via supply chain improvements. Led and managed a team of 19, reporting directly to the Vice President of Western Hemisphere Supply Chain. Navigated supply chain responsibilities that supported the Western Hemisphere Markets’ business. ✓ Liaised with the parts and consumables supply chain operations. Successfully managed deliveries from the U.S. to the Latin Americas region. ✓ Effectively managed deliveries for all equipment, parts, consumables, paper, and software in support of DMO West Supply Chain Operations. ✓ Collaborated with the marketing and logistics groups in each country to manage revenue that exceeded $300M annually. Aligned equipment demand forecasting with supply chain fulfilment for Xerox Europe and Eastern Developing Markets Organizations. ✓ Designed and implemented a comprehensive, closed-loop process that aligned supply and demand for regions. Served in a variety of different positions related to U.S. Carrier Operations and U.S./DMO Field Operations. Reduced inventory costs and enabled new product launches that supported overall cost base reductions. ✓ Slashed total cycle times by 15% and enhanced the predictability of deliveries to the CLC’s by a total of 10 points. ✓ Rationalized centers across the U.S. through effective warehouse consolidations and contract negotiation. Captured $2M in cost base reductions. ✓ Sustained end-to-end responsibilities for transportation from central warehouses to final mile delivery partners.
