Conjuntamente con el departamento de IT, contribuir a un 80% de la automatización de los procesos financieros, mediante la creación de un ERP.

En la parte operativa, poner en funcionamiento los servicios de postventa, asistencia técnica, configuración de los diferentes servicios de telecomunicaciones ofrecidos, manejo con los proveedores de servicios, resolución de incidencias y servicio al cliente, llevando asi al logro de duplicar el crecimiento de la empresa en dos años.

Main functions: Main Contact and coordination between Maritime Lines and local operations, supervision of operations employees and assurance of the accomplishment of all activities. Coordination of the activities of local operation in the services provided to vessels (services, suppliers, crew, etc.). Follow on the correct operation of equipment control and inventory. Main Functions: Sales and Lease of equipments (chassis and containers), Control of all leased equipments, quote and follow-up to purchasing orders for the equipment maintenance of the terminal, Compliance with the goals established by the Company Administration.

Main Function: Assure efficient and quick processes and activities between the administrative directions, executives and Transportation coordination. Control of the assignment of drivers for transportation activity in order to realize payment reports for the accounting area, and others.

Main Function: In charge of the process of invoicing and freight collection / handling of customers and clearance of cargo.

Cobro a facturación clientes, revisar el corte de las líneas en caso de exceder su límite de crédito, tanto en personal como corporativo, reconexión de líneas, asistir en la evaluación de los aumentos de límites de crédito corporativos. Asistencia en reclamaciones.

Main Functions: In charge of Bookings and Equipment control / Boarding Clerk. Reserve equipment for customers, register the estate and area where the equipment was. Assist to the vessel’s necessities and crew.

Combination of knowledge of International Commerce, Incoterms, Logistics, Marketing, finance analysis, with a final project on creating or expanding a company into international territory.
