Headquartered in Torbalı/İzmir, Tukaş carries out its production activities in its factories in Torbalı/zmir, Manyas/Balıkesir, Akhisar/Manisa and Bor/Niğde. Being the 300th largest industrial establishment in Türkiye, Tukaş operates in the canned and frozen food sector in Turkey and around the world with an average of 450 permanent, 575 seasonal and 800 subcontractor personnel per month in its factories with an annual production capacity of approximately 241,000 tons. I work as the Group Human Resources Manager responsible for all human resources, administrative affairs, occupational health and safety and management systems processes of Tukaş Food Industries' Headquarters, Torbalı, Akhisar and Manyas factories.

Bortar provides mass catering services with more than 1,100 employees at more than 150 on-site production and transport catering points through its central kitchens in Izmir and Manisa. I worked as the Deputy General Manager of People and Culture, responsible for all human resources, administrative affairs, occupational health and safety and management systems processes of the company, which is the largest food and catering factory in Izmir and the Aegean Region.

I worked as a Human Resources Manager which covers human resources, environmental health and safety (EHS) and administrative affairs functions of a company’s production plant located in Bağyurdu Organized Industrial Zone (BAYOSB). The company that was established in 14.000 m2 area and employing more than 300 people, has also covered all processes related with the forging, stamping, heat treatment, machining and assembly processes.

General Qualifications: I continued my working life with my assignment from İzmir to İstanbul with additional responsibilities by being promoted to a position (Key Account Manager – Nation-wide Metro Grossmarket Stores & Çimsa Ready Mixed Concrete Plant) overlapping with the position of Regional Manager .

I managed and coordinated facilities services with 72 full-time and 36 part-time employees in JTI’s Torbalı Factory as an Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Manager. I conducted services of cleaning, superstructure cleaning, landscaping, warehouses (NTM, Leaf and FG Warehouse), dump site, workshop, maintenance, packing decomposition and container loading within the scope of works in Euroserve Hizmet ve İşletmecilik A.Ş. starting from November 2011.

General Qualifications: I was responsible for management of Human Resources, Administrative Affairs, Transportation, Factory weighbridges, Workplace Health Unit and General Affairs departments within the Directorate of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs of a company working on preparation, production, supply and marketing of organic and inorganic origin herbal product ingredients together with management of 2 harbors owned by the company.

General Qualifications: Due to structural changes in the organization, my responsibility area had been enlarged to include all issues related to the facilities and all payroll related issues had been transferred to İstanbul head office. Thus the role profile and title had been changed as BAT Turkey Administrative Afairs Manager. Based upon my professional experience related to the personnel issues (payroll, legal knowledge, budget preparation etc.), I keep on providing the Legal and HR Department -İstanbul with support.

General Qualifications: I established and put into practice all functions of human resources and administrative affairs before the establishment of BAT production plant in Tire-İzmir.
