Designed and prototyped user experiences for Singpass, Singapore’s national digital identity app, focusing on accessibility and inclusivity. Led the redesign of the Singpass app onboarding experience, creating animations in Figma, Lottiefiles, and Adobe After Effects, and ensuring accessibility compliance for diverse user groups. Improved the “Tap to Return to Browser” login success page to assist visually impaired and elderly users; conducted casual guerrilla testing to gather insights on user behaviour across iOS and Android. Contributed to the Singpass Design System, adding new iOS 26 liquid glass components optimised for light and dark modes to support future design scalability. Streamlined Maze testing prototypes (7 → 2 frames), improving design workflow and reducing error rates during usability testing. Designed partner newsletter templates sent to over 2,000 business partners, ensuring accessibility compliance and cross-platform deliverability. Collaborated with developers, engineers, researchers, policy, and marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end product design within a public sector environment.
