- Responsible for the issuance of Financial Statements. - Review and presentation of annual and monthly reports to Tax Authority (SUNAT) and supervisor and regulatory organisms such as: SUNAFIL, OEFA, OSINERGMIN and Ministry of Energy and Mines. - Implementation of processes of control (SOX) evaluating its effectiveness and revelation of information in previous way to presentation of reports. - Analysis of variations (Real vs Budget / Forecast).

• Responsible for the annual planning process for the 2015-2017 periods. Implementation of the financial model, formulation of scenarios and planning of cash flow. • Implementation of processes related to the financial management of the company: Rolling forecast, analysis of variations (Real vs. Budget / Forecast), obtaining financing lines, reducing costs, monitoring KPIs, profitability by product line and by project . • Supervision of the external accounting and payroll service. • Supervision of external accounting and planning of cash flow of subsidiary in Colombia. • Attention to external audit. • Implementation and monitoring of procedures: Electronic invoicing and Collections, Accounts Payable, Selection and Induction of Personnel.

• Consultancy in financial modeling: projected financial statements, preparation of financial reports and implementation of management indicators. • Evaluation of short-term capital management. Optimization of Working Capital. • Valuation of companies: Determination of the share price and purchase / sale price of the company. • Supervision of accounting outsourcing in different clients: Financial statements, review of income tax, value added tax and payroll taxes and contributions.

• Implementation of the new business unit: Creation of database of potential clients with billings in excess of US $ 150 million. • Contribution in the presentation of technical-economic proposals for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation and SAP Business Objects for Business Intelligence. • Virtualization of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, optimizing the presentations of the software.

• Integral management of the report to Headquarters (USA): 100% within the deadlines with their respective analysis of variations (Real vs. Budget / Forecast). • Reduction of collection days from 60 to 45 days on average. • Leadership in the authorization process for the purchase of Fixed Assets. • Coordination with Line Managers to export excess of inventory, improving the DSI (Days Sales Inventory) ratio of 90 to 60 days on average. • Implementation of JD Edwards ERP (Fixed Assets, Inventory and General Ledger modules). • Intercompany Reconciliation: I fulfilled the decrease over accounts payable to affiliates by USD 1 million after applying the income withholding tax to non-domiciled. • Key user of Hyperion Financial Management, providing regional support (Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, Chile and Ecuador)
