Project development - international private investment in collaboration with the local administration in the central part of Romania. The project develops an inclusive, resilient and sustainable human settlement next to one of the countries' largest protected forest ecosystem. As such, the priority of this project is to develop capabilities at the administrative level to protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainable management of forests, halt and reverse land degradation and biodiversity loss.

Project developing of residential and urban plans. Research work, at regional level, related to human development in the West part of Romania.

Integrated urban planning and project development at architectural and urban scales. Qualitative and innovative processes of strategic and infrastructural projects and advice. Design research, process strategy and management. Realization of master plans and/or strategic studies, from process management of large scale projects, to design of public space, to architecture. Collaborate intensely with a multidisciplinary team, with clients and the stakeholders of the project, that determine together the ecosystem of the place. The aim of all the projects: look for ‘shared value’: added value in different fields. Responsible to shape the synergy between stakeholders and reach unique results, at the size of the place and the client.

Reclaiming the public role of the designer by making social challenges explicit through self-initiated and/or commissioned projects, writings and educational activities. Concerning socio-spatial margins, the main activity was to uncover needs, spatial potentials and propose a vision for the area of Aalst (BE) and its surroundings. Using tools like: observations from within the space through interviews, mental maps, digital media, photography and recordings, 1:1 actions were applied to see how different concepts are perceived by possible future users. A set of multidisciplinary workshops was set in place as means to ease dialogue between different stakeholders and adopt more effective public engagement strategies. Produce innovative thinking on contemporary urban planning, starting from the themes of the recycling, regeneration and recovery of the diffuse city. One of the most challenging and innovating tasks was to devise scenarios of complex issues that require a multidisciplinary approach through design experimentation as now required by the job market

Working within the ‘Cradle to Cradle’ paradigm, using it to recycle urban mobility, tackle social and environmental issues and propose a self-sufficient model that links private investments to public interests for a more sustainable development of a certain neighborhood of Rome
