As an accredited mindfulness facilitator I help people cut through the noise in their lives and offer practical tools so they can be the very best version of themselves. I host mindfulness courses in the community and in the workplace, one-on-one or in groups. An increasing body of evidence shows mindfulness can have a positive impact on wellness, resilience, focus, creativity, relationships and performance. Ovio’s mindfulness programs are part of a global, evidence-based, movement, which has seen companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Apple and Harvard Business School adopt mindful practices that reduce workplace stress, reactivity and absenteeism, increase employee wellness, energy levels and enhance company culture.

From multi-nationals to boutique and one-person businesses, I help equip clients with the communication tools to tell their stories with authenticity, relevancy and power – whether it’s through media and presentation training or content creation. As a Media Advisor I help deliver highly practical and dynamic workshops. I produce videos and create content for mainstream and social media and for clients' websites. As a qualified yoga teacher I also specialise in stress management.
