Producer for several meetings for some of their technology clients. In charge of pre-production elements including sourcing AV vendor and TD, coordination of budget, A/V, lighting, set design, room layout, and show flow. Virtual event producer, on boarding producer and show caller for a pre-recorded virtual event for a large software company. Was in charge of coordinating rehearsal and show schedules with client. Educating client and speakers the new virtual event production best practices for at home records. Onboarded all presenters and ran rehearsals with tech crew. Called live show elements and worked with editors with regard to final recordings.
