I worked on a Douro River Cruise Company as a receptionist as well as a tour guide. My main duties are both on the office where I was selling cruises directly to the tourists and giving information about the city of Oporto. I was also on the Booking Department where I had direct contact with national and international tourists through email and telephone; had direct contact with partners and did some administrative work. While on board, I was helping the clients during the cruise with (embarkation and disembarkation as well being a guide.

* I worked as a receptionist in a Rent a Car Company and I had Front Office duties, such as direct contact with the public/tourists, which is very important, in order to do the reserves * transfer duties between the airport and the rent a car parking lot and vice versa * information about Oporto city * among others. I also did Back Office duties as answering inquiries by telephone and e-mail and administrative work.

* I work as Concierge on board of one of the ship of the company Viking River Cruises in France. My main duties are ensuring smooth operation of transfers between ship and airport or other destinations * guaranteeing guest information documents (city maps/brochures/ hand outs) * assisting with presentation guest entertainment as well as assisting the entertainment on board * assisting with coordination of all shore excursions as well going on the tour with the passengers and reception Duties, among others.
