Supervising all aspects of logistics operations like truck load planning, shipping/receiving, scheduling, dispatching and maintaining records for the same · Executing organizational plans as decided by higher management by motivating teams to achieve peak performance, maintain topmost quality service and meet aggressive operational objectives · Analysing inventory quarterly in terms of warehouse facilities and comparing system stock with manual stock and producing status match reports to assist the senior management in taking business decisions · Enhancing business by developing new channel partners, proven skill in negotiating with vendors that has come by handling 45 Business Partners. · Ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to their queries · Administering receivables and freight deductions for disputed accounts and payment negotiations · Allocating territory wise and executive wise sales budget to ensure the assignments are distributed properlyand are completed within time · Maintaining positive EBITDA and NDPC by increasing the top line through identification of new customers, filling of empty warehouses, reducing line haul cost, growing the vendors & capacity of vehicles and decreasing market vehicles

I am responsible for all India’s service performance of our surface network which constitutes of more than 80% of our business. This predominantly involves managing our customer facing KPI’s as well as internal operational KPI’s. Our team focuses on performance analytics and resolving issues related to service performance.
