As an HR Executive at Peatos, I am responsible for supporting end-to-end talent acquisition and various human resource functions within the Food & Beverage industry. My role involves sourcing and identifying potential candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations. I work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure efficient workforce planning, smooth employee experiences, and effective people management practices. Through this role, I contribute to building a strong workforce while supporting the organization’s growth and HR objectives. • Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across multiple roles. • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels. • Coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding processes. • Supporting HR operations, employee documentation, and record management. • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and HR administration. • Collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently. • Contributing to organizational growth through effective talent acquisition and people management practices.

Handling end-to-end HR operations including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding across domains such as Cyber Security, AI, and Business Development. Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and candidate experience. Additionally, overseeing Business Development Executive operations by guiding campus partnership initiatives, coordinating outreach to institutions, tracking performance, and managing collaboration workflows.
