Responsibilities and achievements New Vehicle: * Customer performance\ Quality\ Style arbitration to meet the balance and keep costs at target level * Prototyping support to validate USP characteristics in development phase * Sourcing activities support (gap to budget, nomination glide path) * Digital phase development and CAE validation * Entry Ticket, master planning management and optimization Serial Life Vehicle : * Facelift development until launch * Product cost optimization * Product quality improvement, zero km and in warranty * Export markets, CBU and SKD * Project budget management * Project team management * Cooperation with industrial, purchasing, marketing team

Management of quality engineers, quality auditors and 3D laboratory teams. Main contact person for VW customer in industrial related issues. * Regularly PDCA meetings within department and industrial teams. * KPI tracking (OEE, Rr%, PPM, claims quantity etc) * Support\ Control of product change (tool modifications\corrections with technical documentation) * Work with customer * Internal work in department (budget, development of the team members etc ) * Work with supplier * Support\Control of new projects integration * Tier 2 suppliers cooperation
