• Make the process SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for OH (overhaul)/dismantling, re-assembly, start-up & commissioning for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines) • Inspection unit broken at the site and make a preliminary report • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment • Working on the production line and meeting production targets • Jointly with another team to execute the project with the procedure, schedule, and prepare for spare parts • Make final report (before and after) for the customer and make BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) unit was completed finish

Trakindo Utama, for the makes repair and rebuild the component and undercarriage the all unit Heavy Equipment (Truck Under Ground, Under Ground and Loader Truck) •Preparing for Welders and Setters in our workshop to repair & rebuild the Heavy Equipment unit in Mining Area – PT. Freeport Indonesia (Underground Mining Equipment, Off Highway Trucks, Loader Truck, Dump Truck, etc.) •Good analytical, communication, negotiable and strong interpersonal skill •Good and strong in analyzing data of plant condition monitoring and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance and review on PM and maintenance strategy •Familiar and able to set up and control maintenance planning area of: planning, scheduling, critical of equipment / spare parts, KPI (metrics) and audit •Strong in managing backlogs on Maintenance Work Orders •Will need to fully integrate and optimize all inter discipline engineering activities to ensure synergy both within the project and with other on-going projects and take advantage of economies of scale. The continual update and implementation of cost leadership plans and targets will also be a priority •Can refurbish complete units of heavy operating equipment during overhauls and collaborate with customers to recondition the damage on chassis and major structural items as well as the minor and major frame bents/twists and damaged panel work •For general welding works (OHT dump bodies repair & refurbishment), crack repair solutions, structural welding, chassis inspection and refurbishment bucket, blade repair and modification •Monitoring and controlled for all process in the workshop, include: material, man power, drawing specification, and schedule for completed •Maintenance for complain the customers and maked planing schedule for solution problem (WIN WIN SOLUTION)
