Huawei digital power Thailand,channel manager role: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers in the energy, infrastructure, and digital sectors. - Identify new business opportunities, lead generation, and market expansion for Huawei’s Digital Power solutions, including solar, energy storage, data center energy, and smart energy systems. - Develop and implement effective account strategies, sales plans, and forecasting to meet assigned sales targets. - Oversee project delivery timelines, contract negotiations, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights that support business planning and innovation. - Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, R&D, and technical support to ensure seamless service and solution delivery.

- Plan and execute strategic marketing events to drive brand awareness and business growth for Huawei Digital Power solutions (solar, ESS, data centers, and green energy). - Manage high-profile events such as summits, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner forums — from concept to post-event analysis. - Align event content and messaging with brand positioning and sustainability vision. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional marketing teams. - Oversee vendor coordination, budget control, and logistics to ensure flawless execution. - Leverage events as platforms for lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership. - Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously optimize future event strategies.

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of live streaming events across multiple platforms (Taobao, Weibo and another Chinese platform). - Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to ensure technical and creative alignment. - Manage timelines, run-of-show, crew coordination, and live broadcast equipment setup. - Oversee real-time problem solving during live sessions to ensure a seamless viewer experience. - Coordinate with external vendors, studios, and talent to produce high-quality, on-brand broadcasts. - Monitor streaming analytics and performance metrics to optimize future broadcasts. - Ensure all live content aligns with brand standards, legal compliance, and audience engagement goals.

- Support daily operations and assist in managing departmental activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. -.Supervise and guide team members to meet performance targets and service standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. - Assist in planning and implementing business strategies, process improvements, and team training. - Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support managerial decision-making. - Handle customer or client escalations with professionalism and resolve issues effectively. - Monitor inventory, budgets, and resource allocation where applicable.
