I was fortunate to build the foundation of my career under legendary head coach Jim Tressel at Ohio State University, where discipline, accountability, and service were part of everything we did.Those lessons still guide me today.Now, as a coach in the United Football League and a mentor to the next generation of athletes, I’m proud to support the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge, a program helping students across Ohio build healthy habits, stay active, and develop strong character.After more than a decade competing in the National Football League, my focus now is simple to help young people build confidence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field.Because sports aren’t just about the game.They’re about building leaders for life.
