Acted as managing partner of a rental property portfolio valued at roughly $500,000, overseeing acquisitions, leasing operations, and financial planning. Managed budgets, vendor relationships, and administrative responsibilities to maintain operational continuity across investments. Ensured disciplined financial oversight and reinvestment strategies that supported consistent year-over-year growth.

Served as a Reconnaissance Marine and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), supporting operations and training exercises in the United States and during deployments to Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In that role, I worked at the intersection of tactical ground operations, communications planning, and air support, helping ensure units on the ground could coordinate effectively with aircraft and other joint assets. I maintained and operated secure communications systems in austere environments and collaborated closely with allied forces, overcoming cultural and language barriers while training partner forces on crucial skills, including combat lifesaving techniques, and communications planning. As a JTAC, I coordinated directly with pilots to control close air support and integrate air and artillery capabilities into mission planning, helping commanders translate plans into coordinated action in the field.
