Jan 07 – Mar 07: Developed system to facilitate data-entry of survey results from 44000 customers regarding account and connection details. Used: SQL Server 2000, Delphi 6 Mar 07 – Nov 07: Designed and developed the Customer Management System, a package of systems designed to enable customer service representatives of the company to serve customers (by priority number) and log the transaction details. All accounts applications pass through the CMM, where almost all the data and requirements regarding the application is gathered, before it is forwarded to another system. Also, customer requests and other concerns are handled and logged by CMM before being forwarded to the Job Order System. Used: SQL Server 2000, Delphi 6 Mar 07 – Nov 07: Designed and developed the Job Order System, a package of applications dealing with the issuance, dispatching and detailed recording and updating of every task that company field personnel perform. It monitors the start and end time of every task of every work order, and also keeps track of how many man-hours are spent on a work order. The JO System has triggers, related to different tasks, that fire whenever that particular task is completed, such as customer disconnection, meter replacement, pole replacements, and around 20 other tasks that could be performed by field personnel. The triggers update the company database with any changes that were caused by the tasks. Used: SQL Server 2000, Delphi 6 Jan 07 – July 2008: Performed daily report generation using SQL queries. The reports range from simple single table queries to complex ones requiring the need for the coding of stored procedures to extract the data. All these reports are then collated to a single repository called Management Reports, an evolving system also developed by myself. Used: SQL Server 2000, Delphi 6
