As a Warehouse Associate at Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), I am responsible for supporting the efficient operation of warehouse and logistics activities in alignment with military, defense, and industrial standards. My role involves the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment essential to manufacturing, maintenance, and operational requirements. I ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are processed in accordance with established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. This includes receiving shipments, verifying quantities and documentation, conducting inspections, and properly labeling and storing items within designated warehouse locations. I maintain strict inventory control practices to ensure stock accuracy, traceability, and accountability, which are critical in a defense industry environment. In addition, I actively use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to record transactions, update inventory levels, and generate reports. I assist with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. My role also includes preparing materials for internal distribution or external shipment, ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and compliance with security and export control requirements. Safety and compliance are key aspects of my responsibilities. I follow SAMI’s health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of sensitive, hazardous, or high-value materials. I collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, production, and quality teams to support smooth operations and meet project timelines. Through attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork, I contribute to SAMI’s mission of strengthening Saudi Arabia’s defense and industrial capabilities by ensuring reliable warehouse operations, efficient material flow, and full compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
