I have devoted the past four years to succeeding toward my passion of working with at risk youth and families. While my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, I excel in the following areas: * Evaluating and addressing individual needs of clients. * Educating teen parents and families regarding community services. * Maintaining and remaining flexible with a full case load with ever changing circumstances. * Writing punctual, concise case notes. * Building a supportive and working relationship with at-risk youth, children and families.
