About
With 13 years of professional experience in the CPG space, I've worked in contract manufacturing, consulting, and challenger brand growth stages. Within these segments of the industry, my core contributions have been in the overlay of R&D, Quality, and Operations functions resulting in top tier product and process execution. I have experience in the day-to-day operations of food businesses in addition to advising on strategic decisions and direction. In working with high-growth brands, I have exposure to a wide array of company dynamics allowing me to head off problems and contribute at each stage of the growth cycle. Commercialization, strategic technical projects, cost savings, continuous improvement, and brand/co-man relationship management are all aspects of my skill set that allow me to be a key asset to organizations in our ever-changing industry.
