Closed 7 Secondary and Co-investment transactions across $700M of invested capital, and underwrote 9 investment memos to support client primary capital commitments with Private Equity fund sizes ranging from $500-8,000M. Selected to join the client team of a large university endowment fund ($1B) to assist in deploying $80M of capital annually, manage the pipeline, track performance of invested capital, and prep and present quarterly client decks.

Assisted in the preparation and presentation of investment committee materials; led target addressable market analysis, analyzed industry data, and conducted expert interviews. Analyzed target company's competitive landscape and risk of automotive platform changes by leveraging IHS Markit data, quantitative survey, and company order book. Built a financial model to forecast free cash flow, liquidity, and investment return profile in a downside scenario, including projecting auto SAAR, margins, and capital expenditure; assessed sensitivity of model to key variables.

Completed an asset management training program covering finance, accounting, financial modeling, and investing concepts taught by world-class business professors and industry experts. Conducted a stock analysis capstone project that was presented to a board of investors, which included research, analysis of company reports, valuation, financial modeling, and collaboration with team members. Mastered the following courses: CFA Investment Foundations, Bloomberg Market Concepts, Color Accounting, Wall Street Prep Accounting, Excel, and Financial Reports Analysis.

Assisted in the development of an asset allocation (AA) application in Excel (utilizing Bloomberg data) for use by investment advisors to determine aggregate amounts and percentage participation of client investments. Aided in the development of a high-priority Trade Cost Analytic application in Visual Basic to be used by broker-dealer clients to assess performance on execution of institutional client orders. Validated data, formulas, and calculations within reports generated, and created Powerpoint user manuals. Identified calculation errors within the AA application, mitigating potential investment misinformation to clients.

Attended weekly virtual meetings to discuss different aspects of financial services including generational financial tendencies, communications, branding, marketing, Covid-19 impacts, and personal financial planning. Selected and presented financial information for a weekly journal on specific financial topics. Assisted in writing and publishing a financial book called “Smashed” and contributed a chapter on “The Influence of Technology on Gen Zers.

Promoted/sold tutoring services to high school students via social media increasing overall sales. Provided private math tutoring and elevated student performance and mastering of subject material.
