Physician Learning Specialist responsible for delivering new and existing high-value, accredited physician leadership programs, which include: individual courses and customized learning paths that are delivered in various formats, virtually and in-person to healthcare teams. Primary function being the planning, coordination and support of course delivery to create a consistent and positive learning experience for clients, learners and faculty. Responsibilities include working with expert faculty, as a client success partner and supporting the learning of participants by managing course content, participant registration and onboarding, moderation of virtual courses, coordination of end-to-end program delivery and identifying process gaps and opportunities to implement solutions that support quality, efficiency and consistency in the delivery process.

Administrative associate position for the Surveyor Secretariat sector of HSO/Accreditation Canada. Aided in the recruitment, on-boarding, portfolios and training sessions for health care surveyors. Was responsible for updating communication tools, orientation documents, webinar content, portal resources and other surveyor information.

Working with the Student Affairs Communications & Marketing team at Dalhousie University, creating written and visual documents such as: videos, interviews, articles, etc. to promote the student experience. This involved the capturing, editing and presenting of said material on various Dal Student Life media channels

Working alongside pro bono law students, lawyers and volunteers, we promoted legal and financial literacy across demographics and strove to make connecting with public navigators more accessible to all.

Developed foundational knowledge in sustainable energy transitions and public policy, with a focus on analyzing key barriers and identifying opportunities in policy development and implementation. Developed skills in writing briefing notes, conducting cost-benefit analyses, life cycle assessments, feasibility studies, and literature reviews. Co-op designation: 8 month co-op at Natural Resources Canada as a junior policy analyst in the Energy & Environment Policy Division. Supervised by Professor James Meadowcroft on a directed study of the impact of youth-led climate coalitions. Received the Borealis Foundation Award for 2025, which is awarded annually by the Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs to an outstanding public policy student.
