- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 4–8 using games, songs, worksheets, and interactive activities - Promote cultural awareness in a fun and accessible way - Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, receiving guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness - Support language development through conversation in small groups, both in and out of the classroom

- Provide end-to-end support to customers and internal teams throughout their ticketing journey, including modifications and enquiries - Handle queries related to the 151st Open efficiently and professionally - Respond to customer phone calls and emails, while offering administrative support to the wider ticketing team - Occasionally working remotely

- Process purchases and returns efficiently while delivering friendly, personalised service - Accurately handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail - Respond to customer enquiries using active listening and strong communication skills - Replenish stock and maintain full shelves to support product availability and store standards
