• Facilitates company wide Open Enrollment Program • Assists in divestitures and acquisitions of institutions • Solely responsible for Tuition Benefit Process and Program • Manages Retirement plan demographic and contribution system feeds • Actively manages non deferred compensation plan, stock purchase plans, faculty, and international retirement plans • Point of contact for vendors and Total Reward/Benefit inquiries • Conducted quarterly audits of retirement and HSA accounts
