* Collecting delinquent receivables for commercial accounts and processing accounts to third party collections as required * Responsible for supporting the credit activities of Sherwin-Williams paint store customers * Direct customer phone contact to resolve discrepancies or disputes and effect collection of delinquent or over limit balances * Provide accurate reports to management to document all collection activity, status of accounts, costs, etc * Maintain open communication with customers and the parent store to protect future business relationships and enhance repeat business

* Cash application and reconciliation of commercial customer payments by remittance advice or established keying procedures * Research and creation of tax variances, via various electronic research tools such as SOURCE/CPR * Initiate and respond to phone, fax and email inquiries about customer payments

* Provide excellent customer service to encourage customer loyalty * Process monetary transactions in a timely & accurate manner * Refer customers to Bankers to learn more about additional products offered through Chase * Responsible for replenishing & balancing ATM weekly * Responsible for monthly & quarterly audits for Travelers Checks * Responsible for daily accuracy & balancing of Teller drawer * Knowledgeable about Federal Rules & Regulations pertaining to banking
