Lead 02 Black Roster Girls Team. Plan practices and games. Develop and coach girls through individual soccer, personal, and team goals each week.

Assisted the head coach with running practices, player evaluation, coaching strategy and building relationships with the players. This included executing drills during practice, evaluating team and individual performance and making real-time adjustments to strategy and needs throughout games and practices.

Led a cabin of 6-8 middle school girls throughout the summer as a surrogate parent. General responsibilities included weekly correspondences with parents, daily personal check-up on each girl and liasoning with camp directors about the mental and physical health of each girl. I taught swimming, soccer, tennis, kayaking, canoeing and aerobics to girls ages 6-16 which included planning curriculum for each activity and coordinating with other counselors to execute our daily plans. I planned daily lessons for kayaking, soccer, swimming and canoeing. As the head kayaking instructor, I planned summer long goals, reporting directly to the camp directors. I was responsible for equipment maintenance and overseeing all classes and counselors.

Responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of Nasha Lending and clients.

Planned, coordinated and executed a trip for youth and adults to Nicaragua. Responsibilities included coordinating with local contacts, buying and distributing supplies, planning and running a weekend youth retreat and translation and interpretation of materials before and during the trip. I also mentored two teenage girls throughout the summer. We met weekly to discuss pre-determined material and specifics concerns regarding their lives. Weekly activities included general office duties, leading youth Bible studies, buying and organizing supplies and planning for upcoming events.
