My years guiding for an outfitter allowed me to guide on ranches ranging from the hills and valleys of Utopia, down to South Texas brush country, up into the prestigious hill country, to the pines of East Texas. This gave me a great passion for land, and inspired the pursuit of a degree in Agriculture Business to further my education in ranching industries beyond wildlife. This was in view of my plan to enter Farm and Ranch real estate with a competitive advantage by utilizing my passion for land, my hands on experience, combined with an education in all areas of agribusiness. I planned to use this to my advantage by assisting buyers with my same passion, and vision of how they can strategically use their property and its natural resources to maximize their return on investment at the fastest possible rate. While I still hold this passion for land, as well as the opportunity a valid consideration, pursuing a career in real estate is not my top priority at this point in time."]
