- Directing and Coordinating Sales Activities - Defining and Executing Sales Plans - Keeping Customer Relations at its best by keeping mutual benefits at its Maximum - Handling and Resolving Customer Claims in cooperation with Quality Department - Overseeing daily operations in Sales Department

- Builds teams in order to analyze Customer Claims and so bringing effective Corrective Actions - Running Problem Solving Methods effectively - Performs Customer Visits with Sales Team to Potential Customers and/or Key Accounts in order to promote new products or bring proactive approach for high customer satisfaction

- Coordinates and monitors daily QC activities on production process - Performs quality analysis on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis in order to monitor defect modes closely so that collobarating production team to decrease problems in production - Works highly in cooperation with production department to decrease problems in production - Trains and checks activites of Quality Lab Team. Ensures that standards are performed - Assisting QC Team Leader on his/her duties
