> Simulated Particles in the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) Calorimeter; Perform particle simulations to study detector geometry variations and delivered a better energy and position resolution of the planned detector by 2% which is well taken by collaborators. > Develop scripts in Python, C++ and Shell to optimize the simulation jobs that are processed at high-performance computing farms at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLab), VA. > Conceptualize the Data using Modeled and Real Events in analyses based on C++, Python, ROOT and Shell Scripts and present the summary to the Collaboration on a regular basis. > Mentor graduate students to build and test computational models to extract efficiency, which is critical to the data analysis. > Provide comprehensive training to Students and Junior Colleagues to use the High Performance Computing Job Submission on the JLab Supercomputers, improving the workflow and streamlining the simulation job submission process.

> Developed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Codes of Conduct for the entire Electron-Ion Collider Collaboration comprised of more than 1100 members. > Facilitate diversity by communicating effectively the norms to different Research Institutions to recruit diverse students, scientists and technical staff in the EIC research > Lead the effort to organize user Survey on DEI and perform analysis of the survey to improve the user experience at EIC to foster original research without any discrimination.

> Developed an array of new software in C++ to analyze the experimental data from Jefferson Lab Experiment to quantify a never-before measured physics observables. > Collaborated with Jefferson Lab Scientists to improve detector measurements as well as the current method of data preservation. > Built and maintained calibration software that led to an improvement of the experimental data resolution by 20%. The efforts are published in Asryan et al. (2020) and Mestayer et. al. (2020). > Prepared materials for reports, presentations and submission to peer-reviewed journals. > Provided training to the Collaborators to perform detector calibration and improve its resolution.

> Performed statistical, qualitative and quantitative analysis. > Authored professionally-written scientific paper for publication. > Supervised undergraduate students working on research projects in the same group. > Presented research reports to numerous national and international Conferences.
