Under my leadership, Moner Bondhu has organised nationwide training, youth engagement, and awareness initiatives addressing issues like depression, addiction, cyberbullying, and social isolation—reaching millions and shaping the national mental health narrative. I worked as a senior journalist and feature writer at The Daily Prothom Alo for a decade, one of Bangladesh’s leading newspapers, and published more than 8,000 articles on the modern workplace, inclusion, gender, education, mental health, youth engagement, awareness building, success stories, and lifestyle. I have demonstrated a strong commitment to social development and community welfare. My previous experience inspired me to write a relationship column that brings mental health discussions from urban to rural areas and beyond borders. As a speaker, trainer, life coach and mental health advocate, I have led corporate well-being sessions, radio and television programs, and community events, inspiring diverse groups to prioritise emotional intelligence, inner growth, and workplace happiness.
