● Monitor data center infrastructure, including Power system, Cooling systems, UPS, Generator, CRAC, and environmental conditions, and daily patrols to ensure continuous and reliable operation. ● Be the 1st tier support for incidents; investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems. Escalate to second-tier support when necessary. ● Provide customer support in the data hall, ensuring timely response and SLA compliance for all service requests. ● Manage and track all types of tickets, including service, incident, change, and access tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance. ● Manage safety and housekeeping in the data center, ensuring a clean, safe environment and compliance with regulations.

STT-BKK1 Data Center ● Responsible for ACMV and Fire Protections . ● Review maintenance operating procedures (MOPs) and update them as necessary to ensure alignment with Preventive Maintenance requirements. ● Prepare and plan documentation for Preventive Maintenance activities, including drawings, checklists, and reports. ● Co-ordinating and managing vendors for Preventive Maintenance and Incident ● Lead, supervise technicians and follow vendors in the execution of daily Preventive Maintenance tasks and resolve incident. ● Respond to ad-hoc issues that arise during maintenance or emergency situations and be the 1st level to in charge and verify any problem.

Avani Riverside Hotel Bangkok, Riverside Plaza ● Operating Chiller Plant, AHU&FCU, Heat Pump, Ventilation Fan, Lighting Control and Wastewater System. ● Weekly testing equipment include Generator, Fire Pump, Capacitor Bank. ● Building patrol and record meter for calculating building energy consumption. ● Supervise and monitor contractor working on responsible equipment.
