Born and raised in Germany, shaped by time in the U.S., and now back in Kosova: I've made it my mission to build a European alternative for engineering R&D. While more and more European companies move R&D to China chasing speed, I'm convinced the answer isn't further away, it's closer to home. As Co-Founder & CEO of arquail, I lead a company that builds senior, dedicated software teams from Kosova for startups, scale-ups, and traditional 'Mittelstand' companies who need speed, structure, and innovation without giving up shared timezones, cultural proximity, or European standards. Our sweet spot: product development and embedded systems. Beyond arquail, I'm committed to pushing forward educational initiatives in Kosova.
