Key Responsibilities: -Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and trends, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making. -Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders. -Developing and interpreting reports which show key recruitment trends and areas of improvement. -Ensuring data quality issues are identified, tracked, reported, analyzed and resolved in a timely manner -Publishing Monthly review & functional review / Quarterly review, Headcount Analysis: YOY growth comparison, Actual & Forecast, Gender Diversity and other recruitment metrics. -Engage with cross-functional teams and business leaders to understand their information needs, ensuring BI solutions meet organizational requirements. -Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to optimize BI efficiency. -Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor the performance of BI solutions and ensure their alignment with organizational goals. -Implement measures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across BI solutions. -Developing the Recruitment analytics strategy for the organization. -Managing the performance of teams in accordance with the aligned SLA. -Ensuring process compliance through periodic audits -Managing knowledge transfers/cross trainings within team members
