• Assisted the Squad Leader (SL) in all assigned tasks and serve as acting SL when the SL is unavailable. • Supervised interns by addressing questions, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed. • Ensured interns are fulfilling duties such as scheduling interviews, posting/reposting job ads, and submitting daily reports within their IMCs and channels. • Conducted and shadowed interviews for new interns, ensuring proper evaluation and procedural compliance. • Lead orientations for HR interns, helping them integrate into the team and understand expectations. • Allocated resumes received from HR Recruit Interns to the appropriate team members for follow-up. • Updated the USA Tracker Sheet daily if the SL is unavailable, ensuring all team and onboarding data is accurate. • Shared announcements, job activation updates, and other communications in group chats and IMCs.
