Recruitment Team Leader: IT and SIBUR HQ Internship -Supervising and developing recruitment team (11 employees). -Implementing talent acquisition strategy for meeting business needs. -Managing partnership with stakeholders, colleagues etc. -Designing and Updating recruitment procedures. -Branding activities. -Analytics.

- IT (product owners, business analysts, architects, UX/UI, developers, QA etc.); - supply chain (managers, consultants, analysts etc. for big supply chain digital transformation project); - logistics (managers, specialists, multi-modal logistics, auto-logistics, maritime logistics etc.); - procurement (managers, senior experts, experts); - production (managers, senior experts, experts); - international recruitment (for Vienna and Shanghai branches). Responsibilities: - searching candidates using all imaginable sources; - interviewing candidates using competency-based method; - organizing and conducting assessment centers for high grade positions; - negotiating with both internal clients and candidates; - organization and conducting assessments for external candidates for management positions; - working with data-base (Potok); - providing feedback and support for both internal clients and candidates on every step; - budgeting in the area of responsibility; - organizing and participating in career events; - speaker at career and HR-events (both Russian and international); - HR analytics covering different aspects of recruitment process; - setting targets for recruiters, service providers & agencies. Highlights: - high closing rate (6-7 per month); - developed and conducted trainings on recruitment process and candidate sourcing for recruiters of the company; - led to successful release a Telegram chatbot for IT career event, which allowed collecting contacts info with both entertainment and efficiency; - candidate journey experience measurement project; - created an internal wiki.
