I oversee operations at Shiloh Manganese Mine, which produces 1 million tons of Direct Shippable Manganese Ore annually. Our operation employs a shovel-dumper system alongside a dedicated haulage fleet. - My role encompasses comprehensive oversight of the mining process, including port operations, legal compliance, production management, and the transportation of materials to the port, located 650 kilometers away. - Additionally, I am responsible for mine planning, grade control, land acquisition, and resettlement processes. - My primary focus is on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. - I possess extensive experience across various commodities on a global scale, particularly in Western Africa, Central Africa, and South America, with a focus on the exploration, development, and operation of assets related to Manganese, Chromium, Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, Quartz, Tungsten, Brine Lithium, Heavy Minerals , Gold(Semi-Industrial) and numerous polymetallic projects currently in the pipeline. - I have demonstrated proficiency in identifying mineral prospects for detailed exploration, facilitating business development, and managing investment initiatives while overseeing five greenfield mining exploration projects. This includes the procurement of necessary government approvals and permissions, as well as managing base and ferrous metal exploration activities in collaboration with SRK Consultants in South Africa and Argentina. - I coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Management Plans (EMP), as well as conduct pre-feasibility studies to secure mining licenses. - Furthermore, I undertake metallurgical test works and develop process routes, in addition to conducting high-level technical assessments of mining properties.

•Responsible for heading the overall operations of Kurmitar Iron Ore Mine for the capacity of 6 MTPA and gradually expected to Mine 9 MTPA and Planning for overall manpower and equipment requirement . •Managing entire operations with key focus on profitability and optimal utilization of resources - Consistent focus on improving operational KPIs across production volume and cost of mining. •Preparation of long term, medium- & short-term production plan, grade control, waste dump management and manpower planning. •Contract management for mining operations to ensure efficiency, Quality and Production. •Responsible for Greenfield infrastructure viz. power, water, approach roads, workshop facilities for Heavy Earth Moving Equipment’s, residential facilities, Installation of fuel filling facilities, communication facilities, service facilities, preparation of Waste dump stockpiles, trucking facilities., •Looking after pre-Mining operations statutory clearances like Surface rights, Mining plan approval , EC, FC , CTE , CTO , Mine Opening DGMS approvals ,106(2)(b) of MMR 1961, Water , Electrical, Explosives permissions and etc., •Looking after Liasoning works with various Govt. stake holders . •Looking after Proposal for diversion of 86.497 ha. of forest land proposed for construction of overhead downhill pipe line conveyor belt (length of 9.0km) . •Looking after Geo Technical Investigation activities for Mine infrastructure at Kurmitar iron ore mine. •Looking after Surface water allocation from Department of Water Resources -Govt.
