● Responsible for human resources activities relevant to Mercado Livre contract in all subsystems, ensuring that the processes are executed in accordance with the standards, policies and guidelines established by the client, aiming at meeting their needs. ● In charge of people management, as well as training and development of high-performance team, performing the monitoring the activities and contributing with an objective work and align to the business strategy. ● Analysis and process mapping, failure analysis and preparation of corrective actions, to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational flows relevant to the sector. ● Responsible for internal relationship with employees, ensuring service and support. ● Elaboration of plans to improve the corporative enviroment and relationships at work, strengthening the culture and proposing engagement actions, thus increasing the sense of belonging, productivity, and staff retention. ● Preparation of management reports, monitoring of performance indicators and provision of subsidies to support strategic decision making. Main results: (1) Reduction of 5% of absenteeism and 3% of turnover, through implementation of management tools, training, and engagement actions. ● Responsible for recruitment and activities for many hierarchical levels, performing the profile survey with the requesting manager, disclosure of vacancies and resume screening, with the intention of contributing to an assertive contracting aligned with organizational culture. ● Responsible for the management of benefits: medical and dental insurance, private pension, chartered transportation, restaurant, performing changes of beneficiaries as well as the direct interface with suppliers and health operators when necessary to ensure cost reduction. ● Payroll management, conducting data conference, payments, direct communication with banks and financial area. ● Conducting salary studies to collaborate with the development and updating of salary ranges and the implementation of policies. ● Planning and execution of internal commemorative events, to ensure that employees feel motivated aligned with the company's values. ● Control of expatriation processes of employees from Sweden, France, and the USA, in relation to benefits, payroll and compliance with legislation. ● Strong performance with the Legal area for conducting the defense in labor actions. ● Responsible for the indicators of absenteeism and turnover, also working on plans action to reduce them in partnership with occupational Medicine and Safety. ● Elaboration of plans to improve the corporative environment and relationships at work, strengthening the culture and proposing engagement actions, thus increasing the sense of belonging, productivity and employee retention.

● Acting as A Business Partner, ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by the company. ● Responsible for the payroll of three manufacturing units, making launches, calculation and conference of monthly payment, fortnightly advance, vacation, 13th salary, dangerousness, among others. ● Responsible for the notes and maintenance of the electronic point (DIMEP). ● Survey of training needs and preparation and control of training matrix. ● Control of indicators in the area (Absenteeism, turnover, evaluation of training effectiveness, overtime control and payroll costs and benefits). ● Executing end to end of all stages of recruitment and selection, from the alignment of profile with the requesting manager, disclosure of vacancies, screening of resumes, hunting and interviews, until the realization of hiring. ● Management of medical care benefits, dental, pharmacy agreement, private pension, life insurance, meal, transportation, and medical checkup for executives. ● Development of policies and procedures relevant to the sector, assisting in their continuous improvement. ● Interface with the board in the evaluation of performance and execution of positive discipline program. ● Responsible for meeting quality, environment, tax, and customer audits. ● Preparation of management reports, monitoring of performance indicators and provision of subsidies to support strategic decision making.
