Support of the company in any complicated situations like general average of a vessel; negotiations with transportation average adjuster; necessity to sell afloat goods, etc. Legal advises on requirements of goods quality, its labeling, customs rules on import of particular trademarks, currency control rules, etc.

Legal adviser on contract law issues; Memorandums on international supplies and transportation of the goods (airplanes, ships, trains, oils, diesel fuels, etc.), compliance memorandums; Projects for creation international import-export chains of supplies based on laws of different countries and international laws (WTO rules, Incoterms, Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, etc.); Legal advises on compliance with requirements of customs authorities (including issues of customs payments), currency control authorities of the Custom Union of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, and other CIS countries, EU, China (and its free zones);
