Associate dentist in a state-of-the-art dental practice. I work with patients of all ages, am proficient in performing regular checkups and complex dental procedures and am committed to the highest quality of patient care. On a daily basis I: -Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including cleanings, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, surgical extractions, implants and cosmetic dentistry -Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health -Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans -Prescribe medications as necessary -Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations -Supervise the work of professional, technical and administrative staff

Served as a student representative for USC Dental School. Responsibilities included conducting DDS applicant interview luncheons, hosting DDS information sessions for applicants, traveling to various undergraduate universities to discuss USC’s DDS program and admissions process, providing tours to applicants, alumni and guests of the dental school, and coordinating annual homecoming, white coat and commencement ceremonies.

Provided supplemental instruction and guidance to students during their removable prosthodontics pre-clinical course. Participated in grading students’ daily work and demonstrating various removable techniques. Selected to serve as a teaching assistant by Dr. Tae Kim (USC Prosthodontic Chair) after successfully completing both his lecture and pre-clinical courses in the top 5% of the class.

Provided supplemental instruction and guidance to students during their composite pre-clinical course. Participated in demonstrating various composite preparation and restoration techniques, and grading students’ daily work and exams. Selected to serve as a teaching assistant by Dr. Boris Keselbrener after successfully completing both his lecture and pre-clinical courses in the top 10% of the class.

Worked as a resident dentist in three busy community clinics where I treated 8+ adult and pediatric patients daily. My responsibilities included diagnosis and treatment planning, direct and indirect restorations, fabrication and delivery of removable prostheses, periodontal treatments (including prophys and SRPs), endodontic therapies (including extripations, root canal treatments and pulpotomies) and oral surgery (including simple and surgical extractions).
